Cheeseburners welcomes all athletes under the age of 12 (as of January 1, 2022). If the athlete is 12 or over on January 1, they must register as a U14 player.

Cheeseburners Field Hockey provides both indoor and outdoor developmental opportunities for Under-12s players. These 'Rangers' train consistently and competitively in a fun and encouraging environment.
A strong emphasis is placed on building key fundamental skills including (but not limited to) ball and stick control, passing, receiving, tackling, and developing an understanding of indoor and outdoor rules. Each session is specifically designed for progression into game play which allows athletes greater opportunity to further understand delivery and application of skills. Indoor and outdoor league play provides the opportunity to further develop through competition. Currently, programs are offered late Fall, Winter, Spring (thru early Summer). Additional playing opportunities include scrimmages/play days/games both locally and regionally. |
